Powers: Sabrina is able to tap into the powers of the universe once her masters have called upon her do do something. She may shift form, size, and even dissipate into a kind of smoke or become an invisible presence. She can call upon supernatural strength, voice mimicry, and fantastic feats at certain times. She is of course immortal and therefore immune to disease, human weapons, and human death. She can virtually do anything with the exception of affecting other's free will, causing death on another, bringing another back from the dead, or creating true love.
Weaknesses: The biggest weakness Sabrina posseses is that she is a slave. She is forever bound to her bottle. She cannot leave said bottle unless she is summoned, or given permission to remain out of it. She has to bow to her master's every will and can be passed around from one person to the next like property. She is also restricted to a limited space. If her master is in one city then she must also stay there. Her strength is limited to her master's wishes. She cannot use it to harm or kill her master. Sabrina is also hindered by the fact that her time among humans is limited. She only sees what is presented to her of the world. She can go hundreds of years without ever seeing anything....just trapped in her prison. The final flaw of her species and herself is that her view of good and bad is determined by her master...she cannot refuse to do anything against her conscience. She is aligned with good or bad depending on her owner.

History: Sabrina was not born to the life of a slave. On the contrary, she was born as a sort of noble in her time, though barbaric such a class system existed then. She was born before they defined time in years, when nomads roamed the land in packs and tribes. She was the youngest of eleven children, all by different mothers but the same father. She lived in what is now Europe but at the time didn't have a name. Sabrina was raised in a community style way. It took a village to raise a child. She roamed around with her brothers and sisters, playing roughly and chasing wild dogs. She was married off to someone else in their settlement at the age of 15. Life stayed virtually the same, she had children of her own and planned to die with the same tribe like so many before her had.

Fate as it seemed had different plans for Sabrina, when she was roughly 26 her settlement was destroyed and wrecked by what would become the Persian army much later. They had weapons that her tribe had never seen before, dark magics among them. Her husband was slain in the battle, but before he went he killed a young man who was no older than 16. An old woman saw this and wailed her fury. Sabrina, who was holding the corpse of her husband was caught in the middle and bore the brunt of the woman's fury. The woman cursed her, cursed her to the same fate as her son, servitude without end. An eternity of bending to the will to others. The woman knew dark magic that was more powerful than the laws of physics and in a language that has since been forgotten...only a few know words so powerful as to curse a human that way.

Sabrina was immediately sucked into this darkness. It was endless. She could hear nothing, see nothing, and was nothing. All was quiet. Her bottle was buried in time and forgotten for years to come.

Time had no meaning, even less so than before. Sabrina wouldn't have known one day from one minute. Suddenly, she was forced out of the darkness and into the world again. At first she didn't understand it, what she was, or how she came to be in the place she was. The world had changed greatly since she was first trapped. Her bottle was first rubbed in Rome. A roman general had rubbed her bottle. He had heard legends of others of her kind and had wanted glory and riches for himself. He exhausted his wishes quickly. A win on a battlefield, a wish that he could be immune to disease, and a grand title for his family.

The next few centuries were a learning experience for Sabrina. She was passed from country to country. She was won in battles, lost in death, given from father to son or daughter. She slowly learned her limitations. Wishes she couldn't grant, ways around her horrible endless servitude. In all her long years as a genie, Sabrina has only had one owners of historical worth, but her involvement in that matter changed the world.

The first was Anne Boleyn. The woman was a noble, practically a commoner but under her father's urging she was to try and capture the attention of a king. When she found Sabrina's bottle in a market, she rubbed it. Sabrina could not give Anne love, but she could give her the next best thing...obsession. She granted Anne's wish that King Henry VIII could not get her out of his mind. She granted the wish that Anne be queen, and she answered Anne's wish for a great successor to the throne of England....Elisabeth I, though Anne had never specified gender. In the end Anne's wishes cost her the very head on her shoulders. Not all of Sabrina's wishes ended well. Anne changed the face of England forever with three simple wishes. A mistress who became queen.

Sabrina's bottle came over to the states with the new world, being lost and found a few times over America's budding history. The last time it was rubbed was in the 1950's. After her owner died, never making their third wish, her bottle was put up in an attic in New Orleans. When hurricane Katrina hit, her bottle was swept away among the wreckage. Eventually it was picked up and taken to a shop where it waits for it's next owner......

Personality: Sabrina is a very soft spoken woman. She comes off as shy and even a little drawn back due to the fact that she is very rarely allowed in crowds of people and has since forgotten how to interact with a lot of them. Her customs are strange and sometimes a little dated. She's been all over the world so her mannerisms reflect that. An accent here, an odd quirk there, and even a little sprinkling of odd slang are trademarks of Sabrina's. She likes to sit back in the corners and on the walls of places and just watch the people around her. She is amazed and made joyful by even the simplest of human things and can often be found marveling at seemingly mundane things.

Sabrina has a desperate longing for freedom of any kind and takes her simple freedoms very seriously. Sabrina likes practical jokes, she finds them HIGHLY amusing. Every once in a while, when the opportunity presents itself she'll use her mystical powers for one. If she does not agree with a wish she will purposefully twist the meaning. For example 'Make me a shake' could very well turn a person into a literal shake.
